Internship Description:
Stantec is offering a summer internship opportunity for aspiring landscape architects. This internship provides valuable resume and skill-building experiences in landscape architecture. Interns will work on various tasks, including project research, site visits, sketching, CAD and computer graphics production, design reviews, and marketing proposal assistance. This internship offers hands-on experience under the guidance of an interdisciplinary team.
Qualifications:
- Excellent design, graphic, computer, writing, and technical skills.
- Self-motivated and passionate about design.
- Strong time management, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Rhino, Sketch-up, and Adobe programs.
- Experience with LandFX, Enscape, Lumion, or TwinMotion is a plus.
Education and Experience:
Applicants should be current students or recent graduates of accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree programs in Landscape Architecture.
