The Role
As the Strategic Investment Lead (Crypto) at EcoEquity, you’ll be the spearhead of their cryptocurrency fundraising endeavors. Reporting directly to the executive team, you’ll craft fundraising strategies, lead token sales, manage investor relations, conduct due diligence, negotiate terms, coordinate events, and stay on top of market trends.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Developing and executing tailored fundraising strategies.
- Leading the entire token sale process, from planning to execution.
- Building and nurturing relationships with potential investors.
- Conducting thorough due diligence on prospective investors.
- Negotiating favorable investment terms for the company.
- Organizing and hosting successful fundraising events.
- Monitoring cryptocurrency markets and trends to inform decision-making.
- Collaborating effectively with internal teams across departments.
- Tracking progress and reporting to the executive team and board of directors.
You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have:
- A minimum of 5 years of successful fundraising experience across various projects.
- Extensive experience working with VCs, family offices, private investors, and crypto funds.
- At least 4 years of experience specifically in crypto fundraising, navigating the complexities of the market.
- A proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive fundraising strategies.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable investment terms.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to captivate investors.
- Stellar organizational skills to manage tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset to achieve fundraising goals.
- The ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- In-depth knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, regulations, and investor sentiment.
- Experience conducting due diligence on potential investors.
