Job Description
Land O’Lakes, Inc. is offering a Supply Chain Internship, providing interns with comprehensive exposure to their Supply Chain organization and leadership team. Interns will receive extensive training in both technical and leadership skills, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive performance enhancements and gain insight into a dynamic corporate culture.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis across various supply chain functions, including logistics, quality assurance, manufacturing, engineering, sourcing, and research and development.
- Support teams in evaluating and implementing performance improvement strategies.
- Assist in project management and execution, contributing to the development of innovative solutions.
- Participate in meetings and presentations, gaining hands-on experience in a professional setting.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with industry experts and colleagues.
Skills and Qualifications
- Currently enrolled undergraduate student entering Sophomore, Junior, or Senior year.
- Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Operations, Agriculture, Engineering (Chemical, Food Process, Industrial, etc.), Business, or related discipline.
- Willingness to relocate for the duration of the internship.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in academic, extracurricular, or industry-related activities.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
Duration and Location
This is a summer internship position requiring relocation to the Land O’Lakes, Inc. headquarters or designated location.
