Responsibilities

  • Market Research and Industry Analysis: The intern will be involved in market research to identify opportunities and challenges. Analyzing industry trends will contribute to the development and improvement of Joinrs’ app and website.
  • Development and Implementation of Joinrs Platform Strategy: The intern will collaborate in defining a clear product strategy, including key features and market positioning for the Joinrs platform.
  • Communication with Internal and External Parties: Working closely with all teams, especially Tech & Marketing, the intern will play a key role in internal communication. Ensuring a clear understanding of product features and gathering feedback for continuous improvements.
  • Planning and Management of Agile Sprints: The intern will learn and use Agile methodologies, coordinating product development sprints. This experience will provide practical skills in managing complex projects.
  • Collection and Analysis of User Feedback: The intern will be involved in collecting and analyzing user feedback through interviews and focus groups to understand market needs. Using this information to make improvements and develop new features.

Contract & Compensation

This position offers a 6-month internship contract with a salary of $85,000 yearly, aiming for a permanent contract. Salary reviews are scheduled every six months, with compensation increasing rapidly as candidates gain experience.

Selection Process

  • CV Screening: The first step is a curriculum vitae (CV) screening (usually within 20 days of application).
  • Phone Interview: The second step involves a 15-minute phone interview with Joinrs’ HR Manager.
  • Video Interview: The final step is a video interview with both the HR Manager and the candidate’s future supervisor, lasting at least 45 minutes.
